本工厂以按客户需求订制生产皮具产品为主，同时销售自有品牌皮具产品。

（1）生产起订量500个以上（特殊情况另议）。

（2）样品根据打样成本合理收取打样费，打样时间一般为3-5天。（大货订单达到起订量,样品费可充当货款。）

（3）交货时间：订单确认后15-20天。

（4）定制LOGO工艺：烙印、烫金、印刷、刺绣、滴胶、五金镭射等，产品内页可以加插广告图文、开版印刷等。

（5）本厂可以按贵司来样来稿设计、打样、生产，包您满意。

（6）图片外形仅供参考。具体产品用料，颜色，规格尺寸，LOGO，做法,包装等,我们可以按贵公司的要求订做。

三、结算方式

订单确认后付30%订金，尾款出货前付清。
